Not So Basic Neutrals to Wear On & Off The Beach

If you’re not familiar with the brand Frankies Bikini, you’re about to fall in love… Effortlessly cool, Frankies Bikini offers the best selection of on-trend swimwear! But personally, what I love about this brand is the versatility and unconventional approach they take when it comes to designing their beachwear.

Take the set I am wearing today as an example. Love that I can throw it over a bikini (I got it for a recent trip to Palm Springs to wear as a cover-up), or update it for the city with just a few polished accents. Another reason why I love it is the color of course. Neutrals are huge this summer, and something about this shimmering champagne looks particularly chic and of-the-moment.

And so, I’ve decided to dedicate today’s post to not so basic neutrals you can wear on and off the beach. As I mentioned above, I love neutrals in silk or satin because this type of fabric adds another dimension to this rather calm color palette.

Bikini and one-piece suits in a neutral color palette are a huge trend this summer. Wear them with gold jewelry and straw accents to maximize the impact!

To look extra chic, add a striking coverup in a complimentary neutral shade. You’ll love the way it looks!

Sometimes less is more, and this statement reads particularly true when it comes to the beautiful basics below. Easy to wear and to style, I love them because they have that understated, luxurious appeal about them!
